1. Consultation and Budget Process

  • Initial Consultation: We offer a visit to your property to assess your needs and discuss the scope of the project. While we are based in Hillsborough, we are equipped to handle consultations throughout New Jersey.
  • Detailed Estimate: We will provide you with a clear, written estimate.
  • Estimate Validity: Our estimates are valid for 15 days. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon and documented in writing.

2. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: For large-scale projects, a 50% initial deposit will be required to secure the date and materials.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due upon project completion.
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and checks.

3. Our Quality Guarantee

  • Commitment to Excellence: We guarantee that all work will be performed with high-quality materials and the best workmanship.
  • Customer Satisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied, please notify us in writing within 7 days. We are committed to resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner, because your satisfaction is our priority.

4. Cancellation of Services

  • Cancellation by the Client: If the client decides to cancel the service after confirming and making the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded, as it covers administrative costs, scheduling, and reservation of materials and equipment.
  • Cancellation by the Company: If, due to force majeure, we must cancel the service, 100% of any advance payment will be refunded.
